Sentinel Allegory

Paul Watson plays an essential role in defending the oceans. At the time of this drawing's creation, he was imprisoned by Denmark in Greenland, with the complicity of Japan, for working to protect cetaceans illegally hunted by Japanese whaling ships. This series of collages made in front of the Japanese and Danish embassies in Paris is a wake-up call to Paul Watson's future, which is intimately linked to the fate of cetaceans.
